I Bet He Is Thinking About Other Women

The 'I Bet He Is Thinking About Other Women' meme typically features a two-panel image or a single image with overlaid text. The top panel or caption usually presents a thought from one person (often a woman) in a relationship, expressing a common insecurity or assumption, specifically, 'I bet he is thinking about other women.' The bottom panel or a contrasting caption then reveals the actual, often mundane, silly, or completely unrelated thought of the other person (often a man), creating a humorous juxtaposition.
